Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please note that our local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. ID is required for successful delivery or pickup in our retail store.

For local pickup at our Elmsdale retail store, our hours are as follows:

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday: closed
• Wednesday: 10am-6pm
• Thursday: 10am-6pm
• Friday: 10am-7pm
• Saturday: 10am-6pm
• Sunday: 12pm-6pm

We do not ship outside of Canada. All items will be shipped via AltiMax Courier. Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by the size and weight of the shipment. Signature and photo ID are required upon delivery. The ID must be valid and provide proof of age of at least 19 years. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
