Please note that Estimated Standard Shipping times and delivery procedures for orders processed by Canada Post can vary. Please visit the Canada Post website for more information.

We do not ship outside of Canada. All items will be shipped via Canada Post. Shipments will be sent out at least every Friday. Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated using up-to-date rates as determined by Canada Post. Signature and photo ID are required upon delivery. The ID must be valid and provide proof of age of at least 19 years. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Local delivery - minimum spend of $75.00 (ONLY HRM)
Free delivery - $120.00 or over in New Brunswick, PEI, & Nova Scotia
